I am a COLO/Dedicated Server(DS) customer, I would like to know how will NewMedia Express deal with Phishing site and Malware?

For all servers that managed by NewMedia Express, live monitoring is deployed. If we noticed any phishing site or malware. A NewMedia Express internal Standard Operation Procedures will be followed, immediate action will be taken, customers’ account administrator will be notified by our engineers accordingly.

However, COLO and DS are fully managed by customers themselves. Therefore, whenever we received a complaint or feedback from authorities or other users, Colo/DS account administrator will be notified by Engineers of NewMedia Express through Emails.

Actions are expected to be taken ASAP.

Note: For all self-managed server/services, it is customers’ full responsibility to ensure the servers to stay safe, clean and malware-free.
