To change the domain registrant contact- .com/.org/.net/.biz/.info, please refer to the following steps
1. Login to the client portal
URL: https://order.newmediaexpress.com/clientarea.php
Email Address:
Password: ************(request reset password if forgotten)
2. Create a sub contact
Update Your Details > Manage Contacts > Add New Contact > Key in the details > Save Changes
3. Go to Domain
Domains> My Domains> yourdomainname.com> Manage Domain> Management Tools> Contact Information> Assign New Contact Information> Choose Contact> Save Changes
Note:
1. An email/agreement will be sent to both new and old registrants for the change of new registrant contact and it is mandatory for the customer to agree to the changes.
2. The current registrant has the option to lock the domain from transfers for 60 days
