To transfer a domain name away from NewMedia Express, you will need to follow these instructions:
1. Administrator of domain need send an email to our sales team (sales@newmediaexpress.com) to request Authorisation/EPP code.
2. Then, your Authorisation/EPP code will be sent to the admin contact of the domain name.
3. The admin contact must be a valid email address which you have access to in order to receive the authorization code.
4. If the admin email address is not correct and is in need of an update please follow the instructions in this:
a. Login to client portal: https://order.newmediaexpress.com/clientarea.php
Email: (registered email)
Password: (If you are unsure of your password, click "Request a Password Reset")
b. Under Account Information and click update your details.
5. Once you have received the authorization code, you will need to provide this to the new registrar that you wish to transfer your domain to. They will be able to advise you on their steps to transfer the domain name to them
The transfer process for domains can take up to 10 days to complete once the transfer has been approved.
