For domain name transfer, please get the domain authorization code from your registrar and request them to unlock the domain name. After that, place an order via http://order.newmediaexpress.com/.
It will be charge S$48 [before GST 7%] for transfer and one-year renewal included.
Registrar Transfer-In rules:
1. Domain transfer auth code is required.
2. Transfer of domain from one registrar to another shall result in a one-year extension of the term of the domain name.
3. Transfer of domain between registrars requires 2-10 working days to complete.
4. An expired domain cannot be transferred.
