For your information, as this server is self-managed server therefore any re-installation by our team will incur a smart hand service fee (office hour: US$100 per hour job, non-office hour: US$250 per hour job)
If you agree with the charges, our billing team will send an invoice for you to make payment and we will start proceed to re-install OS on your server
Otherwise, you can connect VPN and access server IPMI to console login to your server to install the Debian 9 64bit OS by yourself.
